Avocado Facial

Aguacate / AvocadoImage via Wikipedia     An easy way to make a moisturizing facial mask is to take a fourth of very soft avocado, mash it in a bowl until smooth, wrap a towel around hair, apply the avocado to the face and neck, leave it on for 10 minutes and wash off.   You may find that the avocado is wonderfully cooling, and soothing to the skin as you apply it.  Avocados contain essential fatty acids and vitamins A, B, B2, D and E all of which help to moisturize, protect, and heal the skin.
I personally use this mask and find that it makes my skin feel incredibly soft and smooth. I have found  that I don't have to apply a moisturizer after washing it off.
