Bath Time!!!

Salt along the shore of the Dead SeaImage via WikipediaI always enjoy a good bath.  Sometimes, I need a pick me up kind of bath, and at other times, I need bath to calm my nerves, cleanse my body, or help my mind to focus.
The first ingredient for a bath is water.  (I use water from our shower head because that is the only place I can get water that is filtered).
I put essential oils in it to match the effect I need to have.  If I need to be energized then I'll use a few drops grapefruit or peppermint.  If I need to be calmed down, then I choose lavender, chamomile, frankincense, or ylang-ylang.  If my body needs a little cleansing I choose ginger, cypress, grapefruit, and tea tree.
When taking a cleansing bath, I usually put about a half-a-cup of himalayian pink salt or dead sea salt in the bath water. The salt helps to draw out the impurities clogging up my body and makes for a more relaxing bath experience.
